About This Role
- Manage end-to-end order management lifecycle including order receipt, verification, processing, invoicing, and dispatch coordination.
- Monitor order status, resolve operational issues, and maintain accurate operational records and reports.
- Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Logistics, and Customer Support teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and adherence to service-level timelines.
Minimum Requirements
- 1–3 years experience in Operations, Order Management, Supply Chain Operations, or Business Operations.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Based in Bangalore or willing to relocate; Immediate joiners preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets; experience with ERP or Order Management Systems is a plus.
