About This Role
- Manage daily scheduling and allocation of installation partners for Teachmint's Interactive Intelligent Panels.
- Coordinate with customers and internal teams to ensure timely installations and adherence to SLAs.
- Monitor installation progress, handle escalations, track key metrics, and drive process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
Minimum Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in Vendor Management, Operations, Logistics Service, or Customer Support.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets and Excel is mandatory.
- Strong communication skills in Hindi and English required.
- Onsite work location: Bangalore.

- Experienced in field operations, service delivery, installation coordination, or vendor management with SLA tracking.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment managing multiple priorities with strong analytical skills.
- Able to collaborate across teams including customers, service partners, and zonal heads to meet operational goals.
