About This Role

Manage daily scheduling and allocation of installation partners for Teachmint's Interactive Intelligent Panels.

Coordinate with customers and internal teams to ensure timely installations and adherence to SLAs.

Monitor installation progress, handle escalations, track key metrics, and drive process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.

Minimum Requirements

1–3 years of experience in Vendor Management, Operations, Logistics Service, or Customer Support.

Proficiency in Google Sheets and Excel is mandatory.

Strong communication skills in Hindi and English required.

Onsite work location: Bangalore.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Experienced in field operations, service delivery, installation coordination, or vendor management with SLA tracking.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment managing multiple priorities with strong analytical skills.
