About This Role
- Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle transactions across APAC and EMEA ensuring accuracy and operational excellence.
- Act as primary contact for HR operational inquiries, providing support to employees, managers, and HR stakeholders.
- Maintain HR data integrity within Oracle HCM and other systems while supporting audits, reporting, and compliance activities.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 4 years experience in HR Operations or similar HR support roles.
- Proven experience processing HR transactions within HRIS platforms, preferably Oracle HCM Cloud.
- Ability to support multi-country/regional HR operations, specifically across APAC and EMEA.
- Strong English communication skills and strong attention to data accuracy and compliance.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in global HR Shared Services/Operations environment with focus on APAC and EMEA regions.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud and employee benefits administration, including India-specific benefits support.
- Demonstrates ownership for operational excellence and continuous process improvement in HR service delivery.
