About This Role
- Lead technical solution design and delivery in enterprise customer projects focusing on Salesforce integrations, application development, and release management.
- Advise customers and partners on best practices in architecture, integration, and AI-native delivery to ensure high client satisfaction and successful business outcomes.

Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years experience as a Lead Developer with organizational transformation leadership in mid-to-large enterprises.
- Experience with enterprise architecture domains including integration technologies, single sign-on, and master data management.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business, or related field.
- Willingness to travel approximately 25% to client sites.

- Experienced in both front-end and back-end architecture with strong command over Salesforce platform and enterprise integration.
- Demonstrates strategic leadership in technical consulting with ability to evangelize best practices and influence varied organizational levels.
- Comfortable operating in matrixed environments applying both Agile and Waterfall methodologies, with a focus on customer and partner success.
