Senior Manager Technical Consulting - FSC / Finserv

Lead and manage a large team (up to 35 reports) of technical consultants and architects focused on Financial Services Cloud implementations, including hiring, training, and mentoring.

Act as a senior technical architect on Financial Services projects at 25% billable utilization, delivering high-quality solutions using Salesforce Financial Services Cloud and related technologies.

Drive growth of the Financial Services consulting practice through internal initiatives, methodology development, team enablement, and close collaboration with clients, delivery managers, and architects.

15+ years of experience leading Salesforce technical consulting projects including managing individual contributors.

8+ years of people management experience.

Strong expertise in Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, Sales/Service/Experience Clouds, Vlocity OmniStudio, and integration architecture, platform security, identity, data architecture, and Apex design patterns (all must-haves).

Proficiency in Salesforce/Apex, Lightning technologies, modern web/mobile technologies, and fluency in English.

Experienced leader with deep hands-on technical expertise in Salesforce Financial Services Cloud and related ecosystems who can balance strategic team leadership with technical delivery.

Demonstrated ability to manage large, distributed consulting teams and build a growing Financial Services practice within a global delivery center environment.
