Experienced in supporting treasury and finance systems with a strong grasp of payment processing and R2R workflows.
Able to work cross-functionally with treasury, finance, ERP, and technical teams for issue resolution and operational support.
Comfortable managing incident resolution, documentation, and support processes in a production environment.
