About This Role
- Lead development planning, task estimation, and coordination for enterprise management platform software products.
- Collaborate with technical managers, development teams, testers, and project managers to deliver software enhancements on schedule.
- Establish and promote effective AI-assisted development practices balancing automation and human review.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years developing Linux applications using C/C++, Python, and BASH in Linux environments.
- 2+ years experience as a development team lead working with Scrum teams and agile sprint planning.
- Experience with Docker container development and strong debugging/problem-solving skills.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced software development manager with at least 2 years managing software engineering teams.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, software requirement development, and story sizing for sprint planning.
- Knowledge and enthusiasm for integrating AI-assisted coding tools in software development workflows.
