- Own end-to-end development and release of complex Android app features impacting millions of users.
- Lead technical strategy for Android architecture, testing, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Mentor junior developers and enforce best practices for code quality and performance optimization.
Minimum Requirements
- 3-5 years of Android development experience.
- Strong expertise in Kotlin, Android SDK, Jetpack components, and modern architectures like MVVM or Clean Architecture.
- Experience building high-scale apps (100k+ daily active users).
- Location requirement: Bangalore, onsite.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Senior-level Android developer comfortable driving architecture and technical decisions in a product environment.
- Experience in performance tuning, memory management, multithreading, and modern testing frameworks.
- Able to collaborate cross-functionally with PMs, designers, and backend engineers while mentoring others.
