About This Role
- Own and contribute to the design, development, testing, and maintenance of full-stack software applications across microservices and front-end components.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, UX, and leads to define, design, and ship new features while influencing architecture and technical direction.
- Mentor junior developers and participate in Agile development practices, code reviews, and continuous process improvements.
Minimum Requirements
- 6–12 years of experience in modern web development as indicated by the JD.
- Strong proficiency in Node.js or alternatively Java or C# with openness to learn Node.js.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP; familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD, and automated testing.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced full-stack engineer with a proven ability to work confidently across multiple layers of modern web stacks including microservices architecture.
- Has prior experience leading technical direction and mentoring developers within Agile, remote-first, and globally distributed teams.
- Demonstrates strong low-level design (LLD) skills; knowledge or exposure to high-level design (HLD) is a plus.
