About This Role
- Lead design, development, and technical delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) solutions including implementations, upgrades, integrations, and customizations using X++.
- Drive automation and DevOps initiatives including build, release, deployment across multiple environments and maintain version control with upgrade-safe strategies.
- Mentor engineers, engage in technical discussions, prepare technical design documents, and ensure adherence to best practices and compliance standards.
Minimum Requirements
- 8-10+ years work experience in ERP technologies with minimum 6+ years in Dynamics 365 F&O/AX technical development.
- Proven experience as Technical Developer in at least 5 full-cycle Dynamics 365 F&O implementations.
- Strong expertise in X++ development, D365 F&O architecture, integrations (OData, REST/SOAP APIs, Azure Logic Apps), and automation tools (Copilot Studio, AI Builder).
- Proficiency with Visual Studio, Azure DevOps (Git, pipelines, CI/CD), environment management, and SSRS/Power BI reporting.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in multi-module D365 F&O technical development with deep understanding of Finance, Supply Chain, and Project Operations modules.
- Skilled in advanced debugging, performance tuning, testing automation (Python, Leapwork, Playwright), and integration/API management.
- Strong technical leadership demonstrated by mentoring developers, managing delivery quality, and producing clear technical documentation (TDDs).
