About This Role
- Own the frontend architecture, tooling, and engineering decisions to build a new React product from scratch with no legacy codebase.
- Build scalable, secure, high-performance React applications including reusable component libraries, state management, and responsive UI across devices.
- Lead frontend security, authentication/authorization flows, optimize build pipelines, and implement AI-assisted development workflows to improve code quality and productivity.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of frontend engineering experience with strong React, JavaScript, and TypeScript skills.
- Proven track record of building applications from scratch and making foundational frontend architecture and tooling decisions independently.
- Experience with frontend security (authentication/authorization, RBAC, XSS/CSRF), Redux/Redux Toolkit or equivalent state-management, and frontend build tools like Vite/Webpack.
- Work Experience Required: 5+ years frontend engineering. Location: Gurugram.

- Strong familiarity with React internals including rendering optimization, state pattern decisions, and build pipeline optimizations.
