About This Role
- Design, develop, and maintain secure, scalable, and reliable full-stack Java applications within an agile team.
- Leverage AI-assisted software development tools to improve code quality, delivery speed, and automation within the Software Development Life Cycle.
- Produce architecture and design artifacts and analyze large data sets to continuously improve software applications and system stability.
Minimum Requirements
- 3+ years of applied software engineering experience with formal training or certification.
- At least 2 years hands-on experience with Java 17+ in an enterprise environment.
- Experience with Agile SDLC delivery and cloud-native AWS microservices development using AWS EKS/ECS, Terraform, and an RDBMS (preferably Oracle or PostgreSQL).
- Hands-on experience using enterprise-authorized AI-assisted development tools and understanding of responsible AI use in engineering workflows.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced with full-stack Java enterprise application development and cloud-native microservices architecture in production environments.
- Proficient at integrating AI-assisted coding tools into development workflows with ability to evaluate and validate AI outputs critically.
- Skilled in delivering complex software projects through Agile methodologies with focus on operational stability, security, and continuous improvement.
