About This Role
- Provide leadership, governance, and oversight for Cash, Position, Private Credit, and Derivatives reconciliation functions.
- Ensure reconciliation activities meet accuracy, timeliness, control standards, client requirements, and regulatory expectations.
- Drive operational excellence through process optimization, automation, stakeholder engagement, and strategic initiatives to support business growth and stability.
Minimum Requirements
- 12–15 years relevant industry experience in Portfolio Reconciliations, Corporate Loans, Structured Finance within Middle Office Operations, including 6-7 years in people leadership.
- Strong subject matter expertise in Reconciliations, Private Credit, Trade Management, Corporate Actions, Data Management, Derivatives, and Middle Office functions.
- Degree in BCOM, MCOM, MBA or finance-related professional qualification.
- Workplace requirement: Hybrid work schedule with minimum three days in the designated office per week.

- Proven ability to implement robust control frameworks compliant with SOPs, SOC1, SOX, regulatory, and audit requirements.
