About This Role
- Develop and maintain production-quality full stack applications using MERN or Python technology stacks.
- Leverage AI engineering tools (e.g., Claude, Copilot, Codex, Cursor) to enhance development speed, code quality, testing, and documentation.
- Accountable for testing (unit, integration, API, basic UI), code reviews including AI-generated code, and support deployment and troubleshooting activities.
Minimum Requirements
- 6-8 years of relevant full stack development experience.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript or Python programming.
- Experience with frontend frameworks React or Next.js and backend frameworks Node.js (Express/NestJS) or Python (FastAPI/Flask).
- Familiarity with databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, SQL Server, Oracle, Redis, or similar).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in end-to-end full stack development with emphasis on AI-assisted development workflows and tools.
- Comfortable working across frontend, backend, APIs, testing, and deployment in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Capable of applying basic large language model (LLM) concepts and prompt engineering in practical software development scenarios.
