About This Role
- Define and execute AI strategies centered on RAG retrieval, code generation, and AI-assisted software engineering, aligned with business objectives.
- Develop and optimize RAG pipelines, autonomous AI agents, and AI-powered tools (chatbots, decision support) integrated into software development workflows.
- Lead and mentor a team of AI engineers; architect scalable AI models and pipelines using cloud-based MLOps platforms; optimize LLM inferencing for real-time applications.
Minimum Requirements
- Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in AI/ML, including 2+ years working with LLMs, code generation, RAG, or AI automation.
- Experience with cloud-based MLOps platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Legal right to work in India; successful background and reference checks required.

- Experienced in leading AI strategy and integrating large language models and autonomous AI agents into software development.
- Skilled in designing, fine-tuning, and deploying LLMs and RAG systems with a strong focus on production-grade AI-assisted code generation and test automation.
- Proven ability to mentor AI engineers and collaborate cross-functionally in fast-paced, innovative R&D environments focused on programmable logic solutions.
