About This Role
- Own end-to-end design strategy and execution across core product areas, aligning user needs with business goals and KPIs.
- Architect, scale, and govern a comprehensive design system ensuring consistency across platforms.
- Mentor junior/mid-level designers and integrate AI tools into product design for faster prototyping and delivery.
Minimum Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in product design for B2C or scale-stage digital products.
- Advanced mastery of Figma, prototyping, motion design, and modern UI/UX design systems.
- Experience shipping products on AI platforms with an AI-first design approach.
- Work location: Bengaluru, Karnataka, India (On-site).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Demonstrates strong systems thinking and strategic decision-making with measurable user/business impact via portfolio.
- Experienced in collaborating with Product Management, Engineering, and Analytics leadership for product roadmaps.
- Has direct experience working under design leadership and cross-functional teams.
