About This Role
- Lead end-to-end design strategy and execution across core product areas to align user needs with business goals and key metrics.
- Architect, scale, and govern the comprehensive design system ensuring consistency across platforms.
- Integrate AI tools and workflows into the design process to accelerate prototyping, testing, and feature delivery.
Minimum Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in product design with B2C or scale-stage digital products.
- Advanced mastery of Figma, prototyping, motion design, and modern UI/UX design systems.
- Experience designing and shipping products on AI platforms with an AI-first approach.
- Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka, India (On-site).

- Experienced in collaborating cross-functionally with Product Management, Engineering, and Analytics leadership in a design leadership environment.
