Experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub, Jenkins, Maven, GitHub Actions), cloud platforms (OCI, Microsoft Azure), containerized environments (Kubernetes, Docker), and software development methodologies including SDLC and Agile.
Experienced in leading and defining QA governance, quality metrics, release readiness, and risk management for enterprise SaaS or Supply Chain/Logistics platforms.
Strong technical proficiency in testing complex enterprise integrations (JMS, Kafka, EDI, AS2, SFTP) and performance/scalability testing.
Operates effectively in collaborative cross-functional environments involving architects, product teams, and production support with a focus on continuous quality improvement and automation optimization.
