Experienced in managing high-volume content QA and editing processes with end-to-end ownership and resolution responsibility.
Comfortable working alongside and calibrating AI content tools in a fast-changing, high-automation environment.
Skilled at analyzing defect patterns, producing actionable feedback, and leading quality improvement initiatives across multiple teams and functions.
