Provide technical and business support for Citi Applications, ensuring quick issue resolution and improving stability, efficiency, and effectiveness.
Manage application operations including monitoring, risk assessment, escalation, and ensuring adherence to service level agreements and contingency planning.
Serve as a liaison between users, technology teams, and vendors; coach junior analysts; actively participate in support projects and application releases.
Minimum Requirements
6-8 years experience in Application Support role.
Strong knowledge of Unix and Linux operating systems.
Expertise in Oracle and relational databases, including database queries.
Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in complex application support with ability to independently handle escalations and risk assessments.
Skilled in using application monitoring and performance tools such as ITRS and AppDynamics.
Able to communicate technical issues clearly to non-technical stakeholders and mentor junior team members.
