About This Role
- Own configuration and setup of Workday aligning with business requirements and compliance.
- Lead operational delivery for Workday application support, including incident resolution and performance tuning.
- Contribute to agile delivery processes and ensure system integrity through testing and documentation.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years experience in software systems analysis focusing on Workday configuration and support.
- Proven experience configuring and maintaining multiple Workday modules (e.g., Core HCM, Compensation, Recruiting, Talent).
- Technical proficiency with Workday configuration, workflow design, system integrations, and service management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira).

- Experienced in end-to-end Workday configuration and operational delivery within enterprise environments.
- Strong collaborator comfortable working within agile teams and supporting integrated HR technology solutions.
