About This Role
- Own end-to-end contract economics and revenue recognition for IP licensing and tools agreements under IFRS 15.
- Act as primary finance partner for Product, Engineering, and Operations teams evaluating R&D investments, cost structures, and profitability.
- Lead financial planning, forecasting, performance management, and drive automation using AI in FP&A and contract workflows.
Minimum Requirements
- CPA, MBA, or relevant master’s degree.
- 10+ years of progressive finance or accounting experience, ideally in semiconductor IP licensing.
- Deep expertise in IFRS 15 revenue recognition and contract structuring for complex technology deals.
- Work Experience Required: Minimum 10+ years as stated in JD.
