About This Role
- Lead commercial growth and business planning for Mechanical Recycling Business under CMP-515 by integrating Sales, Production Planning, Procurement, Finance, Quality, and Plant Operations.
- Drive business growth from ₹1 Crore to ₹4 Crores/month and achieve 500 MT/month saleable production and sales.
- Monitor and improve business performance using KPIs such as Revenue, Sales, Production Plan adherence, Inventory, Manufacturing Cost, Customer Service, and EBITDA targeting 15% positive EBITDA.
Minimum Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in Plastic Recycling, Polymer Processing, Packaging, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Production Planning, Business Development, or Commercial functions preferred.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Polymer/Industrial) or MBA (Operations/Marketing).
- Proficiency with ERP/SAP, Excel, MIS, and Production Planning is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Willingness to relocate and work from Vizag, Andhra Pradesh.
