About This Role
- Gather, analyze, validate, and document business and functional requirements for software development projects.
- Collaborate with clients, project managers, UI/UX designers, developers, and QA teams to translate business needs into clear requirements and support Agile ceremonies.
- Support testing phases including preparation of test scenarios, User Acceptance Testing documentation, and validation of implemented solutions against requirements.
Minimum Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience as a Business Analyst in software development or related field; freshers with strong analytical skills may apply with a 2-year employment agreement.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, Engineering, Software Development, or a related field.
- Experience or knowledge of requirement gathering, business analysis, documentation (BRD, FRD, SRD, SRS), and software development processes.
- Location: Chennai (On-site).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in detailed business analysis including documentation, gap and impact analysis, and process flows within software projects.
- Comfortable working in Agile development environments and collaborating cross-functionally with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder coordination skills with ability to translate business needs into functional requirements.
