About This Role
- Oversee and manage operational performance and KPIs of the Industrial Waste Management project at Dibrugarh.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, statutory regulations for industrial waste handling, treatment, and disposal.
- Manage contracts and vendor performance, coordinate stakeholders, and support reporting to Project Head and Corporate Office.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Industrial Waste Management, Environmental Operations, or Process Industry projects.
- B.Tech degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering mandatory.
- Location: Assam (Dibrugarh) - onsite requirement.
- Must have knowledge of safety compliance and applicable waste management legislation.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing industrial waste operations with a focus on achieving operational KPIs and budget targets.
- Skilled in contract and vendor management including performance oversight in environmental or process industry context.
- Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and handling regulatory compliance and risk mitigation in waste management projects.
