About This Role
- Execute day-to-day IT compliance operations including risk-based screening of user onboarding aligned with SOX and internal policies.
- Maintain SOX Governance aspects such as Access Controls, Segregation of Duties, Change Management tracking, and data integrity to ensure audit readiness.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to manage compliance documentation, operational discrepancies, ticketing lifecycle, and enforce controls timely.
Minimum Requirements
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in compliance or operations roles involving SOX compliance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, Economics, Law, or related discipline.
- Experience and knowledge of Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance; Certified SOX Professional preferred but not mandatory.
- Proficiency in Project Management tools such as JIRA and ServiceNow.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience working specifically with IT General Controls in financial or regulated environments ensuring audit compliance.
- Strong operational execution focus with proven ability to support daily compliance operations and collaborate across multiple functions.
- Familiarity with SOX governance and ability to manage risk-based controls with detailed attention to documentation and evidence for audits.
