About This Role
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Python, Django, and Django REST Framework integrating secure REST APIs and third-party services such as payment gateways and AWS S3.
- Implement asynchronous task processing with Celery, manage databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) optimizing performance and eliminating query issues.
- Contribute to code quality through writing unit and integration tests, performing code reviews, debugging production issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams in an agile environment.
Minimum Requirements
- 0-3 years of experience in Python backend development.
- Proficient with Python, Django, Django REST Framework, Celery, and database management (PostgreSQL, MySQL).
- Experience with integration of third-party APIs including payment gateways and cloud storage.
- Notice period: Immediate to 30 days.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience working in agile teams collaborating across frontend, AI/ML, QA, and DevOps teams.
- Capability to handle performance optimization and refactoring of legacy code for maintainability.
- Familiarity with enterprise-grade security implementations such as JWT, OAuth2, RBAC, and API security best practices.
