About This Role
- Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models to deliver actionable business insights.
- Optimize DAX calculations and SQL queries for report performance, accuracy, and scalability.
- Manage Power BI service aspects including workspaces, data refresh schedules, row-level security, permissions, and collaborate with data engineering teams for scalable reporting solutions.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- 5-8 years of total professional experience.
- Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power BI including report development, data modeling, and DAX.
- Strong knowledge of SQL including querying, data transformation, and performance tuning for Power BI datasets.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in translating business requirements into technical Power BI solutions with focus on data accuracy and performance optimization.
- Skilled in managing enterprise-wide data structures and understanding business process design relevant to reporting needs.
- Familiarity with Power BI APIs, advanced data transformations, DirectQuery, Composite models, and version control tools (Azure DevOps, Git) preferred.
