About This Role
- Own and define product strategy and roadmap for digital healthcare and pharmacy solutions, aligning features and releases with business objectives.
- Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications including user stories and acceptance criteria, collaborating with UX and engineering teams to deliver solutions.
- Drive continuous product improvement through data analysis, risk management, and stakeholder engagement including product demonstrations and release communications.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, Computer Science, Pharmacy, Healthcare, Allied Health Sciences, MCA, or related field.
- At least 5 years IT industry experience with minimum 3 years in Healthcare Informatics, Product Management, Product Owner, or Business Analysis roles.
- Experience in Healthcare, Pharmacy, or Pharmacy Benefit Management technology domains.
- Proven ability managing product backlogs, defining user stories and acceptance criteria, and working in Agile product development environments.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in defining and executing digital healthcare or pharmacy product strategies in technology-driven environments.
- Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with onsite and offshore engineering and UX teams in Agile frameworks.
- Knowledgeable about healthcare workflows including pharmacy systems, prescription adjudication, and specialty pharmacy operations.
