About This Role
- Develop and implement automation for financial workflows to improve efficiency.
- Ensure accuracy, security, and compliance (SOX, IFRS, GAAP) of financial data across systems.
- Collaborate with IT to integrate finance systems with other business applications and support finance teams with dashboards, BI tools, and data analysis.
Minimum Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in finance or cost accounting.
- Degree in B.Com, BBA, MBA, CA, or M.Com.
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics) and financial software required.
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau).

- Strong understanding of financial processes and accounting principles with practical automation experience.
- Ability to work effectively in complex environments with IT collaboration for system integration.
- Experienced in maintaining regulatory compliance and data security in financial systems.
