About This Role
- Lead end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Supply Chain and Manufacturing implementations for large-scale enterprise clients.
- Own solution strategy, architecture, delivery governance, client engagement, and team leadership during global transformation programs.
- Drive solutioning across Procurement, Inventory, Warehouse, Sales, Transportation, Planning, Production Control, and Manufacturing including discrete/process manufacturing and shop floor management.
Minimum Requirements
- 10–12 years of ERP experience with at least 6 years specifically in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O SCM.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.E/B.Tech), MCA, or equivalent.
- Strong domain expertise in manufacturing and supply chain management with integration knowledge including Finance, MES, PLM, WMS.
- Proven experience in client-facing roles, solution architecture, Azure DevOps, and Agile delivery methodologies.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced consultant capable of managing C-level engagements and leading global rollout projects.
- Strong background in Manufacturing and SCM domains with hands-on experience integrating D365 with multiple enterprise systems.
- Demonstrated leadership in mentoring teams and governing delivery quality within large-scale ERP transformation programs.
