About This Role
- Generate qualified leads and booked appointments from UK/US marketing agencies via LinkedIn outreach and targeted email marketing.
- Own end-to-end campaign management including messaging, prospect list building, automation setup, and performance reporting.
- Lead, train, and scale a team of 4–6 outbound marketing executives with documented SOPs and target metrics.
Minimum Requirements
- 4–5 years of hands-on outbound lead generation experience targeting UK/US markets.
- Experience operating LinkedIn outreach and cold email campaigns end to end including data, copywriting, sequencing, and follow-up.
- Proficient in ABM/targeted campaign copywriting with excellent English for UK/US decision-makers.
- Familiarity with prospecting tools (e.g. Apollo, Lusha, Snov.io), email sequencing platforms (e.g. Instantly, Smartlead, Lemlist), and LinkedIn automation tools (e.g. Expandi, Dripify).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven ability to manage and mentor a lead generation team with a readiness to take full team ownership.
- Experience in digital marketing, IT services, or outsourcing sales preferred with a track record of meeting booked appointment targets.
- Comfortable working UK-shift schedules from office and skilled in using CRM and workflow automation tools.
