Basic to intermediate SQL skills for read-only diagnostics and validation.
Willingness and ability to work in 24x7 environment including offshore overnight shifts; experience following runbooks, SOPs, and escalation procedures required.
Experienced in submissions analysis and member management troubleshooting within a production environment under strict procedural controls.
Comfortable operating in regulated, high-volume data environments, ideally with exposure to healthcare payer or similar domains.
Disciplined in documentation, ticketing, and escalation practices with sound judgment to follow documented processes rather than improvising.
