About This Role
- Own end-to-end IT vendor management including procurement, contract renewals, vendor negotiations, and supplier performance management.
- Manage procurement of IT hardware, software, and related services to meet global business needs, ensuring timely delivery and inventory planning.
- Prepare cost analysis reports, support budgeting, ensure compliance, and coordinate with global and site teams for smooth operations.
Minimum Requirements
- 8 to 12 years of experience in Vendor Management, Procurement, or related IT supply chain functions.
- Strong expertise in IT hardware and software procurement including vendor contract management and renewals.
- Proficiency in procurement management systems, advanced Excel, and knowledge of ITIL Change and Problem Management practices.
- Location requirement: Pune. Work Experience Required: 8 to 12 years explicitly stated.
