About This Role
- Lead and manage engineering teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-quality Generative AI and software solutions.
- Own project delivery including timelines, resource allocation, risk management, and task prioritization to meet scope, budget, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with product owners, architects, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions and enforce engineering best practices.
Minimum Requirements
- Strong leadership experience managing software engineering teams.
- Hands-on Python development experience (FastAPI, Django, APIs, Microservices) and proficiency with React.
- Experience building Generative AI solutions (LLMs, AI Assistants, RAG, AI Agents, Prompt Engineering, GenAI Governance).
- Experience with AWS cloud platforms, containerization, and CI/CD pipelines.
