About This Role
- Lead agile delivery teams to develop innovative software solutions focusing on digital transformation and enhancing business performance.
- Own project planning, budgeting, execution, and completion while managing cross-team dependencies, blockers, technical debt, and delivery risks.
- Mentor and develop team members, conduct code reviews and quality assurance, and engage with clients to resolve conflicts and ensure successful delivery outcomes.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required.
- At least 8 years of work experience.
- Proficiency in English (oral and written).
- Experience with Agile delivery, Scrum, and software project management; knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, and JavaScript is expected.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Background in fields like Artificial Intelligence, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical disciplines.
- Experience as Scrum Master/Agile Delivery Lead with prior technical roles such as Developer, QA, or Business Analyst.
- Strong skills in managing multi-workstream agile teams (including onshore/offshore), end-to-end application architecture, stakeholder management, and Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Scrumban, and SAFe.
