Experience as Scrum Master/Agile Delivery Lead with prior technical roles such as Developer, QA, or Business Analyst.
Strong skills in managing multi-workstream agile teams (including onshore/offshore), end-to-end application architecture, stakeholder management, and Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Scrumban, and SAFe.
