About This Role
- Design, develop, and own core platform components of a Kubernetes-based private cloud AI platform, focusing on the AI Essentials product.
- Lead development of backend services and controllers in Golang with a focus on scalability, reliability, and security; resolve complex issues involving applications, Kubernetes, networking, and storage drivers.
- Drive CI/CD best practices and provide technical leadership including code reviews, architectural input, and integration of new technologies in a hybrid team environment.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or related field.
- 7+ years of professional experience in cloud or platform engineering roles.
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, containerized systems, CNI, CSI, PV/PVC lifecycle management, and infrastructure layers like Linux, GPU, Storage, Networking.
- Proficiency in Golang, Python, shell scripting and experience with CI/CD tools like Git, GNU Make; role is onsite in an HPE office.

- Experienced senior cloud platform engineer with deep Kubernetes and cloud-native development expertise, particularly in AI platform contexts.
- Capable of independently solving complex technical problems with strong design and implementation skills across infrastructure, networking, and storage layers.
- Able to lead technical discussions, mentor others, and contribute both hands-on and strategically within cross-functional teams.
