About This Role
- Own sales processing and continuous process improvements for assigned areas or accounts within Global SAP BRIM Subscriptions.
- Analyze sales processing performance to develop forecasts, identify issues/opportunities, and resolve client claims or inquiries.
- Communicate data insights and propose changes to policies, processes, and tools to enhance sales performance and customer satisfaction.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Management or equivalent.
- 4-6 years of relevant work experience typically required.
- Experience designing and implementing sales processing policies, processes, and tools.
- Must work hybrid with an average 2 days per week from an HPE office.
