About This Role
- Manage end-to-end broking operations for Equity & Currency Derivatives (Futures & Options), including trade contracting, clearing, and settlement.
- Execute and monitor operational controls such as margin and position limits, escalate issues, and ensure smooth coordination with clients, exchanges, custodians, and banks.
- Perform reconciliations, regulatory reporting (exchange, SEBI), and drive root cause analysis to improve process efficiency and reduce client inquiries.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in stock broking operations with focus on trade lifecycle, settlement, accounting, and reconciliations.
- Strong understanding of India broking regulations and exchange frameworks (BSE/NSE), including derivatives (F&O).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word; Work Experience Required: Minimum 3 years in relevant domain.
