About This Role
- Build and operate scalable, low-latency backend services and APIs for membership and loyalty capabilities within consumer engagement.
- Design and implement integrations between Antavo loyalty platform and enterprise commerce/data platforms to support real-time member data synchronization.
- Contribute to reusable libraries and platform capabilities, troubleshoot production issues, and mentor junior engineers in a collaborative environment.
Minimum Requirements
- 7+ years experience designing and building large scale distributed backend systems on cloud-native platforms.
- Experience with enterprise loyalty platforms (Antavo preferred), backend engineering using Java, Spring Boot, microservices, event-driven architectures.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related field.
- Work Experience Required: 7+ years
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in backend API design and integration of loyalty platform workflows for real-time, scalable consumer engagement.
- Has practical knowledge of distributed systems principles and eCommerce or retail digital product environments.
- Able to collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Architecture, and Data teams and contribute to technical design decisions and engineering standards.
