About This Role
- Lead architecture and technical planning for SailPoint IdentityIQ IAM solutions across the enterprise, ensuring scalable identity governance and access management.
- Design, develop, and maintain SailPoint IdentityIQ integrations, workflows, and customizations using Java, BeanShell, REST APIs, and connect with directory and enterprise systems like Active Directory and ServiceNow.
- Oversee platform operations including upgrades, performance tuning, troubleshooting, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet IAM and compliance requirements.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
- 8+ years of Identity and Access Management experience with minimum 5 years on SailPoint IdentityIQ or Identity Security Cloud.
- Strong hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ architecture, Java and BeanShell scripting, REST APIs, LDAP/Active Directory, SQL/database integrations, and access governance controls such as RBAC and SoD.
- Experience leading technical designs and enterprise-scale SailPoint IAM implementations.

- Experienced in managing complex IAM platform operations and integrations across diverse systems including HRIS, PAM, and service management tools.
- Skilled in driving strategic IAM roadmaps, modernization, and compliance initiatives while mentoring and guiding cross-functional technical teams.
