GenAI Data Engineering Lead

Lead and manage software engineering teams to deliver high-quality, scalable Generative AI and digital solutions aligned with business objectives.

Oversee project timelines, risk, resource allocation, and drive engineering process improvements for optimized productivity and governance compliance.

Collaborate with product, architecture, and business stakeholders to define technical roadmaps and enforce technology standards, especially in GenAI, Python, React, and cloud environments.

Experience leading software engineering teams, preferably with exposure to Generative AI technologies.

Hands-on programming skills in Python (FastAPI, Django, APIs, Microservices) and React frontend development.

Knowledge and experience on Generative AI solutions including LLMs, RAG, AI Agents, prompt engineering, and GenAI governance.

Work location: Pune; experience with AWS/Containers and CI/CD required.

Senior engineering leader with substantial experience managing cross-functional teams of software, frontend, and AI engineers within complex digital or AI product environments.

Strategic thinker capable of translating business goals into technical roadmaps and enforcing engineering best practices and technology standards.
