Minimum Requirements
7–10 years of professional .NET development experience.
Strong hands-on skills in C#, ASP.NET MVC/Web API, .NET Framework, and Microsoft Azure services including Azure Key Vault and DevOps.
Experience with application security practices including OWASP, bcrypt/Argon2id password hashing, cryptography (RSA, AES), API security, and secure coding.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or equivalent.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Proven experience in senior developer, technical lead, or architect roles driving enterprise .NET application modernization and security.
Comfortable making architecture-level decisions, identifying implementation risks, and leading developer teams without micromanagement.
Demonstrated ability to integrate AI-assisted development tools (GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Copilot, Claude Code) to enhance code quality and delivery efficiency.
