About This Role
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom applications.
- Provide technical leadership including code reviews, mentoring developers, and making architectural decisions for Salesforce implementations.
- Manage integrations with external systems and maintain deployments through CI/CD pipelines, ensuring adherence to security, performance, and governor limits.
Minimum Requirements
- 6 - 8 years of professional experience with Salesforce technologies.
- Proficient in Salesforce Apex, Triggers, SOQL/SOSL, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura components, and Visualforce.
- Experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud implementations.
- Location requirement: Coimbatore.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in leading Salesforce technical teams with mentoring and code governance responsibilities.
- Strong in managing Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools within Agile/Scrum frameworks.
- Skilled in Salesforce DX, Git, CI/CD pipelines and production support in complex enterprise environments.
