About This Role
- Define and execute quality engineering strategies for consumer-facing web and mobile digital experiences.
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks covering mobile apps, APIs, and backend services.
- Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines, analyse quality metrics, and drive continuous improvement including AI-assisted quality engineering practices.
Minimum Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Quality Engineering, Software Testing, or Test Automation Engineering.
- Hands-on expertise with automation frameworks such as Playwright, Cypress, or Appium.
- Experience with API testing, contract testing, accessibility standards (WCAG 2.x), and mobile application testing across devices and network conditions.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in consumer, retail, eCommerce, or Direct-to-Consumer digital product quality engineering environments.
- Skilled in embedding quality throughout Agile software development lifecycles and collaborating cross-functionally with Product Owners, Designers, and Engineers.
- Familiar with AI-native quality engineering practices, intelligent regression testing, and test automation integration in CI/CD pipelines.
