About This Role
- Own performance testing for mobile and desktop platforms within specific LPL Domains to ensure application performance, stability, and scalability.
- Develop and execute performance test strategies, including load tests and KPI/SLA identification, and analyze test results to guide fixes and improvements.
- Coordinate end-to-end performance test lifecycle and generate performance metrics and reports for management.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 5+ years experience in Application Development and in QA Performance Testing for Web and Mobile applications with hands-on automated test scripting.
- Proficiency in at least one: service oriented architecture testing, test management tools (JIRA, Quality Center), programming (Java, .NET), or complex SQL query writing (SQL Server).
- Experience with AWS Cloud.

- Experienced in performance engineering within agile Scrum teams supporting complex domain-specific architectures.
- Capable of collaborating cross-functionally to identify and resolve performance issues through root cause analysis and testing.
