About This Role
- Design and implement scalable backend services and REST APIs using Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB.
- Lead technical architecture decisions for new features, ensuring application performance, scalability, and security.
- Mentor junior developers and ensure code quality through test coverage, reviews, and automated workflows.
Minimum Requirements
- 5-8 years of work experience with at least 4 years hands-on in MERN stack backend development.
- B.Tech degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB with experience in backend architecture and data modeling.
- Experience with Docker and CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in architecting scalable backend systems and solving complex performance, scalability, and data integrity problems.
- Strong collaborator working cross-functionally with frontend, product, and DevOps teams in an Agile environment.
- Exposure to microservices, message queues (RabbitMQ/Kafka), and cloud platforms like AWS is a plus for strategic fit.
