About This Role
- Provide cross-team technical support by analyzing, debugging, and resolving print and electronic communication issues involving Smartcomm/Quadient and mainframe systems.
- Lead strategic support initiatives to integrate technology support with business objectives, ensuring scalability and alignment with organizational goals.
- Customize and develop client-specific code, configure systems, and collaborate with product teams to implement effective technical solutions.
Minimum Requirements
- 4-6 years of technology work experience with 1-2+ years specifically in print and electronic communications.
- Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Computer Science or related discipline.
- Experience with Smartcomm OR Quadient Inspire and Scaler is mandatory.
- Proficiency in cloud technologies (AWS, EC2), infrastructure automation tools (Linux commands, server debugging), and data formats (JSON, XML, CSV).
