About This Role
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks for web, mobile, API, and backend services to ensure high-quality consumer-facing digital experiences.
- Define and execute comprehensive quality engineering strategies aligned with product and business goals, including functional, integration, regression, and accessibility testing.
- Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines, conduct root cause analysis on defects, and leverage AI-assisted testing to improve quality and engineering productivity.
Minimum Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Quality Engineering, Software Testing, or Test Automation Engineering.
- Proven hands-on expertise with automation frameworks such as Playwright, Cypress, or Appium for web and mobile applications.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
- Strong knowledge of API testing, contract testing, accessibility standards (WCAG 2.x), and experience with testing platforms like BrowserStack or LambdaTest.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced with quality engineering in Consumer, Retail, eCommerce, or Direct-to-Consumer digital products environment.
- Skilled at defining risk-based testing approaches and collaborating cross-functionally with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to embed quality throughout the software lifecycle.
- Familiar with AI-native quality engineering practices and integrating quality gates within Agile CI/CD delivery pipelines.
