About This Role
- Develop and maintain reporting systems and dashboards to track key performance metrics aligned with organizational goals.
- Perform data analysis including adhoc and root cause analysis to address business challenges and provide actionable insights.
- Lead projects, manage end-to-end communication with onsite and India-based teams, mentor analysts, and ensure data accuracy per risk and control guidelines.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years experience with Big Data systems including Hive, Hadoop, Spark (Python), and cloud data management technologies.
- Proficiency in SAS, SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Knowledge of Credit Cards domain and marketing analytics methods.
